Cylindrical series pressing candle machine
According to the different needs of users, our column wax machine is divided into four varieties, ZHL2-4 (maximum diameter 2 inches; Maximum height 4 inches), DZHL3-6 (maximum diameter 3 inches; Maximum height 6 inches); ZHL4-9 (maximum diameter 4 inches; Maximum height 9 inches), DZHL6-9 (maximum diameter 6 inches; Maximum height 9 inches) isoclast wax machine. This series of equipment has a back-pressure function, and the upper and lower punches and pads are heated. According to customer requirements, only need to replace the cavity and other parts to produce cylindrical candles of different sizes (church candles), duck egg candles, spherical candles, etc. After packing, the entire process from compression molding to withdrawal is done automatically. The surface of the pressed candle is angular and clean. The candle product has a center hole for wearing the wick of the candle, which is convenient for wearing the wick. The manufacturer logo can be engraved on the lower die according to the customer's requirements, so that the bottom of your candle product is automatically pressed with a brand watermark.
ZHL4-9 column wax machine (ZHL4-9 cylindrical candle machine)
has a backpressure function. According to user requirements, different types of column wax, church candles, ball candles, duck egg-shaped candles can be produced by simply replacing the parts such as the cavity. After packing, the entire process from compression molding to withdrawal is done automatically.
